What is UNSTOPPABLE?
UNSTOPPABLE is strength training program personally customized for you. All withiin a state of the art app that holds all your workouts right at your fingertips. Take them everywhere you go. Unstoppable is a 4 week progressive weight training program completely created and customized to you and your fitness level: whether beginner (never lifted before), intermediate, or advanced; whether you workout at home or at a gym; and what equipment you have access to.
every 4 weeks you will receive a new customized program, designed specifically, for you, building on top of each as you progress and get stronger.
What is a progressive weight training program?
This type of strength training is the most beneficial way to build strength and muscle and completely transform your body.
With progressive weight training, you perform what is called progressive overload.
You perform the same workouts and moves each week for a certain amount of time: ex. 4 weeks.
you build upon those moves and progress them.
Why it works:
—You learn and master the form, learning to make mind muscle connection so that you get the BEST benefit and result of the move.
-You are able to focus and build upon those moves each week
-by progressing the move by adding weight, reps, or time under tension. Building and sculpting that muscle and making it stronger each week. There is no need to change up your moves every week. This is the most beneficial way to build strength and muscle and completely transform your body.
